O uso da \u00e1gua do mar em ind\u00fastrias, desvios para o Rio Jord\u00e3o, para uso na agricultura, e a evapora\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o os respons\u00e1veis pelo fato. A \u00e1gua dispon\u00edvel \u00e9 usada e n\u00e3o \u00e9 reposta.
