Todos os anos, em junho, as comunidades dos 2 lados do rio se unem para destruir a ponte j\u00e1 velha e contruir uma nova, utilizando fibras naturais da regi\u00e3o e seguindo a mesma forma de constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos incas. Todo o processo demora 3 dias.
